Various nonprofits
I believe we should not only take from the world, but also give something good back. Helping nonprofits is one way for me to do that.
Over the years, I've done various product and growth work for nonprofits. I usually help them improve acquisition, donation funnels, landing pages, internal tools, and digital operations.
Tbilisi Volunteers
A nonprofit helping Ukrainian refugees in Georgia after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
- Scaled a 5-person initiative into a core team of 20 and a network of 200+ volunteers
- Throughout the year, Tbilisi Volunteers helped 30,000+ Ukrainian refugees
I joined at an early stage and helped build the organization from scratch: operating model, GTM, product metrics, fundraising, digital infrastructure, and internal tooling.

Ark Foundation
Ark Foundation helps Russians leaving the country since 2022 because of their anti-war stance.
- Improved 3-month retention from 55% to 85% among new recurring donors
- Increased crowdfunding MRR 7x through data-driven experimentation
I worked on donor journeys, crowdfunding lifecycle, experimentation, and volunteer fundraising.

Lifeline Georgia
A nonprofit focused on rural communities
in Georgia.
I worked on product strategy, process design, and initial fundraising.

Rivina Foundation
A nonprofit helping survivors of domestic violence in the EECA region.
I led product and growth across crowdfunding, digital journeys, and the nonprofit's mobile app.
- Increased conversion from 1.3% to 4.8%
- Grew crowdfunding MRR 1.5x
- Launched new landing pages and payment flows
